Two great TV Shows two different networks.
That’s right, LINE-X has been busy on the most popular shows for this summer.
The first is another episode (one of four projects LINE-X has completed for the show) on Monster Garage. Jesse James and his crew have listened to the masses, by building what the viewers voted for. A 1968 Ford Bronco turned “Rock Crawler”, the latest creation from the Monster Garage.
Jesse called on LINE-X to spray in entire vehicle inside and out, to protect against bumps and scrapes from the large rocks which he will be climbing on. Aqua and white were the color choices for this project that was sprayed, on camera at the LINE-X corporate offices located in Santa Ana California.
Look for this up-coming episode on the Discovery Channel beginning on June 9th at 9:00PM eastern and pacific times, or look for the replay dates on www.discovery.com.
At another network LINE-X was invited to participate in a new television series on the F/X (Fox Extreme) cable network. “DriveShaft” is the brainchild of Thom Beers (President of Original Productions and the Executive Producer of Monster Garage). Thom and his team know how to bring out the competitive spirit of the human physic, so “DriveShaft” is based on just that. “Its Dog eat dog, pure competition,” said Thom.
Marcel Venable, Director of Marketing for LINE-X Spray-On Bed Liners was invited to participate in the build-up on one of the first shows. “It felt good to get back out in the shop and way from my desk for a bit. It reminded me of my racing days when we had to meet a deadline. I was also glad to evolve one of our own LINE-X Franchisees (Paul Henderson, Valley LINE-X Burbank Ca.) on this project” explained Marcel.
To get a look at the new show, check out the debut of DriveShaft Sunday June 29th on FX after the NASCAR Busch series coverage from Milwaukee presented by Harley Davidson.
